Both Le Champ des Lunes, Fontenille’s 1-star Michelin gastronomic restaurant, and La Cuisine d’Amélie, the gourmet bistro, combine authenticity and regional products into their cuisine. Fruits and vegetables come from the Domaine's permaculture garden, while the wine is produced from our 39 hectares of certified organic vines. The vineyard in Fontenille dates from the beginning of the 17th century.
